EL PUNTO DE VISTA EN MACROFOTOGRAFÍA

¿Alguna vez te has sorprendido observando durante unos minutos una fotografía macro? 

¿Por qué nos atrapan de esa manera? 

¿Qué hace que una fotografía macro sea especial y capte tu atención?

Hoy quiero hablarte sobre el punto de vista en esta modalidad y por qué disfruto tanto con ella. 

Si sales con tu cámara a hacer fotos macro, es lógico que necesitas paciencia para encontrar a tu protagonista, pero una vez que lo tienes, comienza la parte difícil.

Estamos acostumbrados a ver el mundo que nos rodea desde un punto de vista concreto. Ver la copa de los árboles desde abajo, a otras personas al nivel de la mirada, y a las hormigas desde arriba.

Comprender que no es esta la única manera de poder observar la naturaleza, es el primer paso para conseguir una fotografía macro que realmente nos transmita algo especial.

What makes a macro photograph special and captures your attention?

Today I want to talk to you about the point of view in this modality and why I enjoy it so much.

If you go with your camera to take macro photos, it is logical that you need patience to find your protagonist, but once you have it, the difficult part begins.

We are used to seeing the world around us from a specific point of view. See the treetops from below, to other people at eye level, and to the ants from above.

Understanding that this is not the only way to observe nature, is the first step to get a macro photography that really transmits something special.

Por ello, cuando encuentres al sujeto que quieres fotografiar, te recomiendo que dediques algunos minutos a observar bien su entorno, y luego cambies el punto de vista desde el que lo observas, dándole así el protagonismo que quieres conseguir. 

Si miramos una margarita desde arriba, nos puede parecer pequeña, pero si la miramos desde los ojos de una mariquita, la margarita se hace enorme. Con esto jugamos en fotografía macro, dándole al sujeto mayor fuerza.

La composición te permitirá obtener distintos resultados. No siempre es más acertada una fotografía que se acerca mucho al sujeto, sino que puede resultar mucho más interesante si alejas un poco la cámara e introduces el conjunto o la interacción del individuo con su entorno. 

Si tienes como sujeto una mariposa, por ejemplo, quizás es más atractivo el recorrido visual que crea la ramita en la que se apoya hasta llegar a ella, que un primer plano del ejemplar. 

Muévete hasta encontrar la composición que más se adapte a lo que quieres transmitir.

Prueba hasta capturar una imagen que cuente una historia.

Therefore, when you find the subject you want to photograph, I recommend that you take a few minutes to observe your surroundings well, and then change the point of view from which you observe it, giving it the prominence you want to achieve.

If we look at a daisy from above, it may seem small, but if we look at it from the eyes of a ladybird, the daisy becomes enormous. With this we play in macro photography, giving the subject greater strength.

The composition will allow you to obtain different results. It is not always a photograph that is very close to the subject, but it can be much more interesting if you move the camera a little away and introduce the whole or the interaction of the individual.

If you have a butterfly as your subject, for example, perhaps the visual journey created by the twig on which it rests until you reach it is more interesting than a close-up of the specimen.

Move until you find the composition that best suits what you want to convey.

Try to capture an image that tells a story.

Una de las cosas por las que esta modalidad de fotografía es la que más me gusta, como he dicho en alguna otra ocasión, es la oportunidad que te das a tí mismo a pararte y observar detenidamente especies o interacciones entre ellas que a menudo nos pasan desapercibidas, precisamente por ese punto de vista desde el que estamos acostumbrados a observar. Al bajarnos y mirarlas desde otro, podemos descubrir una realidad diferente, y ser más conscientes de que, una vez más, no somos el centro del mundo, y que todo depende del punto de vista del que lo mires.

One of the things that this modality of photography is that I like the most, as I said on some other occasion, is the opportunity that gives yourself a stop and observe carefully the interactions between them that often happen to us unnoticed, precisely because of that point of view since we are used to observe. At the same time, we can discover a different reality, and be more aware that once again, we are not the center of the world, and everything depends on the point of view of what you look at.
